Starting Basic Pay ₹20,500. Annual increment at 3% rate up to ₹79,000 maximum scale. In addition to basic pay, employees receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), 30% annual basic pay as perquisites, medical reimbursement, Group Insurance, Provident Fund, Pension and Gratuity as per BEL company rules. The overall CTC is significantly higher than basic pay due to PSU benefits. |

The selection process includes Physical Endurance Test for Havildar posts and Physical/Driving Test for Driver posts. Only candidates clearing physical stage will be called for Written Test at Delhi/NCR. Minimum qualifying marks: General/OBC – 35%, SC – 30%. Final selection depends on written performance and eligibility verification. BEL reserves the right to modify selection process based on number of applications. |
