| Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता) | |
| Eligibility Condition | Only superannuated non-executive employees of Northern Coalfields Limited are eligible to apply for NCL Recruitment 2026. Employees who retired before 31.12.2022 or after 31.12.2025 are not eligible. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age limit is 65 years. The engagement shall automatically cease on attaining the age of 65 years. |
| Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया) | |
Selection will be based on merit derived from service records of last three years:
No written examination will be conducted for NCL Recruitment 2026. |

| Remuneration | Salary, medical facilities, leave and other service conditions will be governed strictly as per Coal India Limited guidelines dated 12 October 2020. |
