| Educational Qualification & Eligibility |
Candidate must possess ITI Certificate / Diploma / Engineering Degree
in the relevant trade from a recognized institute.As per rulebook, in many trades 50% posts are reserved for
Diploma / Degree holders. If sufficient merit candidates are available,
this limit may be relaxed in favour of higher-qualified candidates. |
| Domicile Requirement |
This examination is conducted exclusively for candidates
who are permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh.
Non-MP domicile candidates are not eligible to apply. |

Candidate must have live registration in
Madhya Pradesh Employment Office.
Registration will be verified during document verification. |

ITI / Diploma / Degree level trade concepts,
Workshop practices, safety rules, tools & equipment,

Candidates must report at the examination centre well before
the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.Reporting Time:
Entry to the examination centre will be allowed only up to the
specified reporting time. Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.Pen & Stationery:
Candidates must carry a black or blue ball point pen.
Other stationery items will not be allowed inside the examination hall.Dress Code:
Candidates are advised to wear simple and light clothes.
Avoid wearing metal items, watches, electronic gadgets,
or accessories during the examination. |

| Online Application Form Filling Process |
Candidates are required to apply only through the MP Online portal.
Before filling the online application form, applicants must carefully
read all instructions mentioned in the official rulebook.Step-by-Step Application Process:
1. Visit the official MP Online portal and select the ITI Training Officer Examination 2026.
2. Register using basic details such as name, mobile number and Aadhaar details.
3. Fill personal information, educational qualification and trade details carefully.
4. Upload scanned photograph and signature in prescribed format.
5. Verify all details before final submission.
6. Pay the application fee through online payment mode.
7. Take a printout of the final submitted application form for future reference.Any incorrect or false information may lead to cancellation of candidature
at any stage of the recruitment process. |

Photograph:
Recent passport size colour photograph with clear background.
Face should be clearly visible without cap or sunglasses.
Photograph should be scanned clearly before uploading.Signature:
Signature must be done using black ink pen on white paper.
Scanned signature should be clear and readable.Important Note:
Blurred, unclear or improper photograph / signature may result
in rejection of the application form during scrutiny. |
| Aadhaar & Biometric Verification |
Aadhaar registration is mandatory for all candidates.
Biometric verification based on Aadhaar will be conducted
at the examination centre for candidate identification.Candidates must carry original photo identity proof such as
Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License or Passport.
Without valid photo identity proof, entry to the examination centre
will not be permitted. |
| Application Form Correction Facility |
Candidates are provided with an online correction window
to rectify mistakes in the submitted application form.Correction Period: 17 January 2026 to 05 February 2026.
After the correction window closes, no changes will be allowed
under any circumstances. |
| Salary Structure |
Pay Scale as per 7th Pay Commission.
Probation Period: 3 Years
1st Year – 70% of Basic Pay
2nd Year – 80% of Basic Pay
3rd Year – 90% of Basic Pay
After probation, full pay with DA, HRA and other allowances. |
